Landscape design
The cost is calculated based on the area of the designed object, the design timeframe, and the need for additional author supervision. This may include superimposing the designed objects onto aerial photography (if possible) and creating animated fly-through videos with voiceovers.
Direction 1: development of design projects for participation in a competition for public space improvement projects as part of the federal project ‘Creating a comfortable urban environment’.
Since 2019, the team, led by Kotlyarova E.V., has completed about fifteen design projects, most of which received budget funding for implementation.
In 2020, the design project for the ‘Park named after the 70th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War’ located at the following address: Rostov-on-Don, Suvorovsky residential area, was selected as the best among 47 contestants.
Direction 1: landscape design of private and courtyard areas, including the placement of recreational elements, small architectural forms, lighting, landscaping and decoration. Analysis and selection of the target audience, name and concept of the place for planned commercial use is possible.
