• Measurement plan indicating the existing utility lines and the actual explication of the premises (the cost is included into the advance payment of the design project).
• Dismantling key plan (if required).
• Construction plan for new partitions (if required).
• Furniture and equipment layout plan (includes explication of premises and symbols).
• Plan for the placement of sanitary engineering equipment with bindings and selection of manufacturers.
• Floor plan and list of floor coverings indicating the area, type of covering, its thickness.
• Ceiling plan and list of ceiling coverings indicating the area and type of covering. Structural units of ceiling niches.
• A plan of "warm" floors with indications of the planned areas for the placement of collectors and thermostats (if required).
• Plan of placement of lighting fixtures with bindings and symbols.
• Layout plan for sockets and free outlets of power supply.
• Layout plan for switches and light groups.
• Scheme of elements for filling doorways.
• Wall elevation of rooms/areas with tiles with reference to plumbing equipment.
• Development of wall sections with complex finishing elements.
• Scheme of finishing materials for all premises of the object.
• Three-dimensional visualizations of all main areas of the project (at least 2 views of the room) and a view of the object from above.
• List of finishes and main elements of furniture / equipment / lighting with contacts of suppliers / links to websites.
• Two copies of printed albums with drawings and visualizations, as well as an electronic version of the albums in .pdf format and statements in .xls format
• Three supervision visits for designer supervision.**
• Three visits for engineering procurement (selection of finishing materials, textiles, etc.).**

Remote management of the object realization and its completion or trips to other cities is possible if transportation costs are covered by the customer.
